- No refunds will be provided once payment has been made.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for services, digital products, or downloadable items.
- By purchasing from StartupHero Business Services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Exceptions (If Any)
In extremely rare circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund or credit in cases of:
- Duplicate payments due to technical error.
- Services not delivered as described, where the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase to hello@startuphero.co.za and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. StartupHero Business Services reserves the right to deny any such requests.
